These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern behavior within Roloway (the "Game") and the official Discord server located at https://discord.gg/SnzeKUn8PV (collectively, the "Community").
These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension, account termination, content removal, voice restrictions, IP bans, or other enforcement actions at the sole discretion of Phoenic Analytics ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By participating in the Community, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.
1. PURPOSE AND COMMUNITY VALUES
Roloway is intended to be a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable multiplayer social experience. We prioritize:
- Respectful communication
- Player safety
- Fair gameplay
- Lawful conduct
- Protection of minors
- Responsible use of voice and chat systems
2. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
You must treat all users, moderators, and staff with respect.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment or bullying
- Targeted insults
- Hate speech
- Discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics
- Encouraging self-harm
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Impersonation of staff or other users
We maintain zero tolerance for threats of violence.
3. THREATS, COERCION, AND INTIMIDATION
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Threatening the developer, staff, or players
- Attempting to blackmail or coerce moderation decisions
- Threatening to leak exploits, crash servers, or disrupt infrastructure
- Threatening doxxing or release of private information
- Demanding special treatment under threat
Such conduct may result in immediate permanent ban and possible legal action.
4. VOICE CHAT RULES
Voice communications are subject to monitoring and moderation.
You may not:
- Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
- Share explicit sexual content
- Share violent or graphic content
- Share personal information (addresses, passwords, financial data)
- Engage in harassment through voice
Voice moderation systems may temporarily process or record voice sessions for safety enforcement.
5. CHEATING AND EXPLOITATION
The following actions are prohibited:
- Use of cheats, mods, or unauthorized tools
- Exploiting bugs or glitches
- Reverse engineering game systems
- Attempting to bypass bans
- Automation or bot usage for unfair advantage
- Disrupting servers or backend services
Exploitation of vulnerabilities may result in immediate suspension and possible legal consequences.
6. ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS CONTENT
You may not:
- Promote illegal activity
- Share instructions for hacking, malware, or system intrusion
- Share sexually explicit content involving minors
- Share graphic violence
- Promote terrorism or extremist organizations
- Share pirated or unauthorized copies of the Game
Violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may not:
- Doxx other players
- Share another person’s private information without consent
- Record or redistribute voice communications outside the Game without authorization
- Attempt to obtain sensitive personal data from other users
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
All usernames, chat messages, and other user content must comply with these Guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that:
- Is offensive, abusive, or unlawful
- Infringes intellectual property
- Disrupts gameplay
- Violates these Guidelines
9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Players may report violations through:
- In-game reporting tools (if available)
- The official Discord server moderation channels
All reports are reviewed at our discretion. False or malicious reporting may itself result in enforcement action.
10. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning
- Temporary mute (text or voice)
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- IP or hardware bans
- Removal of content
- Revocation of Discord access
We reserve the right to determine appropriate penalties based on severity, history of violations, and risk to the community.
11. APPEALS
If you believe enforcement was issued in error, you may submit an appeal through official support channels.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of action.
12. MODERATOR AUTHORITY
Moderators and administrators are authorized to interpret and enforce these Guidelines. Their decisions are final unless overturned by Company management.
Abuse, harassment, or intimidation of moderators will result in escalation of penalties.
13. NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY
Communications within the Game may be monitored for compliance and safety enforcement in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14. CHANGES TO GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to update these Guidelines at any time. Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
15. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accessing or using Roloway or its official Discord server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Community Guidelines.
